When It Rains, It Pours

Seattle is a notoriously rainy city, but yesterday it was very concentrated in a one-hour patch that seemed to coincide with President Bush's visit to our fair metro area. He was here to help raise money for freshman Congressman Dave Reichert, and he did a bang-up job: $800,000. Reichart is facing Democratic challenger Darcy Burner, who's putting up an excellent fight.
