Another Remake You've Been Asking For

Hollywood Death Watch, Part LXXXXII

From Dark Horizons:
Warner Bros. Pictures is set to remake the 1978 comedy "Who Is Killing the Great Chefs of Europe?" but is moving the locale to Las Vegas reports the trades.

In the updated version, an obese editor of a food magazine decides the only way he can lose weight is to kill the cooks who have created his favorite dishes. That includes a gorgeous dessert chef, whose ex-husband (Oliver Platt) is trying to win her back.

With its title shortened to "Who is Killing the Great Chefs?", David A. Goodman (TV's "Family Guy", "Futurama", "Golden Girls") will pen the script.

My question is: does anyone even remember who was in the first movie (or even remember watching the movie, period)? Answers after the flip (just click the full post/permalink link below):

That would be George Segal, Jacqueline Bisset, and Robert Morley.
