Take a Bow Son, I Mean That

Things are a little slow here at Cracks Centraal, as I got home from Minneapolis yesterday with a gift from my grandmother's nursing home -- a nasty gastro-intestinal flu. So I've not been able to concentrate enough to deal with posting news bits or really anything else. But I couldn't pass up this amazing strike from Chelsea's Michael Essien from Saturday's 1-1 draw with Arsenal. It's simply amazing.
