And It's an Orange Day, Too

Longtime Facade readers might be a bit surprised to see a new design, but it was time to freshen things up a bit. There are a still a few drips and drabs--though some here at Cracks Centraal would say dribs and drabs--to tweak (I'm sure eagle-eyed DTP/Web design folks will spot them within seconds), but it's Saturday and Mrs. F sez it's time to pry myself away from the computer.

Besides the bubbly boxes, I've added a previous posts section to the right column as well as changed the gigantic archive list into a menu (though, that's still a tad unwieldy). Also, I've added an email-this-post link/icon to the bottom of each post. Finally I haven't reinstalled the Haloscan comments just yet, and I'm considering just going with the regular ol' Blogger comments. Thus, unfortunately, the comments recently left by folks like Kat, B. Shilliday, and Bukko from Australia have vanished.

As always, thanks for stopping by and I'll be getting back to publishing sometime on Sunday. Cheers!

[PS] I've been doing some testing on various browsers, and on both Win and Mac platforms. I've noticed problems with stemming from some images that used a right alignment and had a generous horizontal spacing. I think I've fixed that, but if you come across something like this, please leave a comment. Also, I tested in the Mac version of Microsoft Internet Explorer--and it's completely horked. If you are still using Mac IE (which has been left unsupported by Microsoft for some time now), it's time to update to a new browser (if not Safari, how about Firefox?).
