Another historic low for a poll, but one in line with other recent polling data. This time, CNN/Gallup finds a 36% approval rating for President Bush, which dropped two points from the previous poll take late February/early March.

Two-thirds, 67 percent, of respondents thought Bush did not have a clear plan for handling the situation in Iraq, said the poll of 1,001 adults, which had a margin of error of 3 percentage points.
