New Yorkers Aren't Americans

That's what Ann Coulter implies in her idiotic (but much deserved) march toward obscurity as she continues to defend her meme that New Yorkers are cowards who care little for the rest of the country; via Crooks and Liars

Maureen from St. Louis called Coulter out on her idiotic statements. Audio -(the audio isn't that clear) Maureen: "I wanted to make a comment on Ann's comment that I think is just flat out hateful, divisive... Ann backpedals about fireman saying that they aren't New Yorkers, but Americans. So now in Ann's demented world, New Yorkers aren't Americans. Firemen live in New York Ann, they grew up there. That's how they got the job.

This Daily Kos diary is an excellent resource for a variety of aid organizations. Choose one and give what you can. You shouldn't do it to prove Coulter wrong. You should do it because people are in grave need. (Though proving Coulter wrong does have its upside.)
