Here's Wompus taking a nap in his favorite place in the house--my spot in bed. Like Nip, we got Wompers through the Friends of the Animals Foundation of West Seattle, but he came home a year earlier. Last year about this time, he went on walkabout for a couple of days and came back with a broken leg. I wrote the bulk of the update to the fourth edition of Palm Organizers: Visual QuickStart Guide cooped up in our small home office hanging out with gimpy last August and September. He seems to have decided to commemorate that anniversary by not coming home for breakfast today, giving me and Mrs. F a shot of worry. He'll be back tonight, I'm sure.
