It just dawned on me after reading this post at Think Progress: if the administration cannot comment on an ongoing investigation (one concerning Palooka Rove) via their mouthpiece Scott McClellan, what was Alberto "Gonzo" Gonzales doing on Face the Nation, not only commenting on it but also dropping the bombshell that he didn't DOJ lawyers about the impending investigation yet had time to call chief of shredding (sorry... staff) Andrew Card?
