It's a Blue Season

You'll be happy to know (and Mrs. F sure is) that Chelsea secured their second consecutive English Premier League title with a resounding 3-nil defeat over Manchester United. That's manager Jose Mourinho (aka, the Special One) enjoying the celebration.

So that's it for the Blues this season, as they didn't make it to the English FA Cup final nor the pan-European Champions League final (though that game is going to be huge with Arsenal battling Barcelona--check out this column by the NYTimes' George Vescey for some background).



Next up... the World Cup. I'll be purchasing my new Holland strip any day now...
