If You're in West Seattle This Weekend...
...consider dropping by the annual Friend of the Animals Foundation silent auction (this Saturday between 1 and 3pm at the West Seattle Golf Course), which helps to fund the organization's work of rescuing abandoned cats and finding them new homes. Mrs. F and I are big fans of FAF, which is how we came to have the two greatest cats in the world, Wompus and Nip.
We've also been donating a selection of Aussie/Kiwi wines to the auction the last couple of years, and this year's batch (full of animal themed-labels, all procured from West Seattle Cellars) is the best yet (IMHO).
