You'll Be Happy to Know...

...that Chelsea were victorious in their FA Cup game against minnows Colchester (who did provide a brief scare, with their opening goal) with a score of 3-1. That's defender Paulo Ferreira (Portuguese international) popping in the tying goal at 1-1; Joe Cole finished off the U's (that's what their site seems to use as a nickname). In other footballing news, Mrs. F will most likely see me sporting the new gloriously orange retro-style Netherlands jersey (just recently announced) in time for this summer's World Cup, which is a throwback to the Johann Cruyf-led 1974 team (although I'll be staying far way from the away kit).

And as they say in British soccer play-by-play, normal service will resume tomorrow... I'm off to see Munich.
