When Did This Happen?

While I've been busily trying to keep up with important news like Jack Abramoff, Tom Delay, global warming, and Chelsea soccer matches, it seems our postage has gone up from 37¢ to freakin' 39 centavos! (Why can't we just have a round number and keep it at 40¢ for a good long while?) Here's are all the changes via USA Today. Guess I'd better pull my outgoing mail from my mailbox and buy some penny stamps...
