Hmmm... Bono and his band U2 are heavily involved in Apple's iTunes Music Store and Microsoft just announced a deal with MTV to try to counter Apple's dominance in this online business. So that's not it. Oh... I see... they've been named Time Magazine Persons of the Year (along with Melinda Gates) for their efforts to bring poverty and medical relief to Africa.
