Save The Date: Ward Sutton in Seattle on July 5
My good pal (and one of my co-best men from last October's wedding) Ward Sutton will be coming to Seattle on his book tour promoting his frst compilation of cartoons from the Sutton Impact strip, which runs weekly in the Village Voice. He's going to be doing his schpiel--with multimedia--at Elliott Bay Book Company on July 5 at 7:30pm. (He'll also be interviewed by either Dave Beck or Megan Sukys on KUOW's afternoon arts show, The Beat at 2pm on July 5.) Come on down and meet a committed liberal/progressive activist who does a great cartoon and is one of the greatest folks I know.
